Film Critic or Film Reviewer?

post2.JPGThere really is no difference between a Film Critic and a Film Reviewer in the sense that they are synonymous and they perform basically the same task which is evaluate and present an analysis of a film. The difference mainly lies in how the terms are applied. For example if you are working for or dealing with publications that cater to a higher socio economic class or specialize and has an established expertise in the field, then you are more likely to be referred to as a Film Critic. However, if you are presenting an analysis and evaluation of the film more on its entertainment value rather than its artistic or moral qualities, then you are more likely called as a Film Reviewer.
