Twilight to be made into a Movie
Fans around the globe were delighted to hear about the upcoming movie remake of the #1 New York Times Bestselling Series, Twilight, written by Stephanie Meyer. It tells the story of Bella Swan, a newbie in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington whose life changes when she meets a mysterious boy named Edward Cullen. The two fell in love but there is one problem –Edward is a vampire who hasn’t aged since 1918.
Bringing life to the characters of Bella and Edward are up and coming actors, Kirsten Stewart of the movie, the Messengers and Robert Pattinson who was known for portraying Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Critically acclaimed director Catherine Hardwicke directs this modern Romeo and Juliet story of the ultimate forbidden love affair. The movie is set to be released on December 2008.
